The Southbend Heavy Duty Counterline 36 Gas Manual Griddle is made for commercial kitchens. With a 430 and 304 stainless steel front, sides and vents as well as an aluminized steel bottom and rear, it s made with durability and longevity in mind. Plus, it has a 1 thick polished rolled steel plate, 5 high rear and 4 high splash guard.Â
Each burner provides 20,000 BTU of power. It has an electronic spark ignition (battery), manual controls and each burner is equipped with a runner tube. The commercial griddle includes an exclusive NO COLD zone to provide even heat distribution across the surface.
