The Globe 20 qt Bench Mixer is a commercial mixer that is designed to thrive in professional kitchens with its fast-paced mixing, powerful custom built motor and impeccable safety features. 

Safety features include an interlocked bowl lift, thermal overload protection and non-slip rubber feet. It has a front-mounted touch pad to control the mixer with a 60-minute digital timer and last batch recall. Last batch recall allows you to use the mixer s previous mixing setting, which will increase productivity by allowing quick and consistent mixing.

This mixer has a durable construction with heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts, permanently lubricated transmission, a rigid cast iron body and a stainless steel bowl. The 20 qt stainless steel bowl has a built-in ingredient chute that is easy to attach remove for simple cleaning.

Bench mixer includes a 20-qt stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum spiral dough hook and non-skid rubber feet.
