The commercial convection oven has reliable solid state controls with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer. Features a two-speed fan control (high and low) with a 3 4 HP motor. The 60 40 dependent door design includes a thermal window on the left side with interior lighting to allow the operator to look inside while cooking.
