The Cooper-Atkins AquaTuff Waterproof Thermocouple Instrument is built to withstand harsh environments and busy kitchens. It s made with an ABS plastic housing for durability and has an IPX7 waterproof rating. 

Made with a tapered design, the waterproof thermocouple instrument is comfortable to hold. It has a temperature range of –100°F to 999°F and displays the temperature in both °F and °C on the digital screen. To preserve the battery, the thermocouple instrument has an auto shut-off after 10 minutes of non-use. Plus, it runs off two AAA batteries and has an 1800 hour battery life.
