The Chef sChoice Model DC 320 Rechargeable Electric Knife Sharpener brings new technology to the knife sharpening game. Its integrated lithium battery allows for cordless sharpening and therefore portability (and convenience). It is easily recharged, in an hour or less, with by USB-C (included with purchase) giving 45 minutes of continual use on a full charge. This unit uses three stages to sharpen 20° edge blades.
Its compact design has a smaller footprint than regular electric knife sharpeners but doesn t compromise on sharpening power or precision.  The DC (direct current) motor is more energy efficient due to its lower power consumption.,
Three stages, each using diamond abrasives, with highly precise knife guides to properly position and stabilize the knife as you sharpen give fast and consistent results. The process give a triple-bevel edge which are stronger and longer lasting than hollow ground or V edges.
