Prevent crusting and increase the storage life of your dough with Cambro s Camwear Dough Boxes.  Constructed with virtually unbreakable Camwear (polycarbonate) and designed with reinforced sides, these boxes can handle the hustle and bustle of high-volume commercial kitchens.

The edges of these boxes are rounded and smooth for increased safety and easy cleaning.  These boxes can handle temperatures from -40° to 210°F and are dishwasher safe. 

Pair with a compatible tight-fitting lid (sold separately) or by stacking boxes together.  The bottom of each box is designed to fit tightly into the box below and therefore becomes a tight lid.  Meaning you only need a cover for the box on the top.
