Zwilling Miyabi 5000 MCD Chutoh Knife, 5 , Birch on Sale

The Zwilling 5 Miyabi 5000 MCD Chutoh Knife is small yet reliable. It has an attractive birch handle that s comfortable to hold while the authentic, thin Japanese blade profile is attractive. 

The blade is made of SG2 micro-carbide powder steel and is hand-honed using the three-step Honbazuke process. It s ice-hardened and is designed with a rounded spine and heel. Recommended to hand wash only.
