The Zwilling 6 Four Star Utility Knife is designed with an ice-hardened NO STAIN stainless steel blade that is durable, attractive and stays sharp longer. Additionally, the blade is precision-honed with a laser-controlled edge for the ideal cutting angle and superior sharpness.
It has a polypropylene handle that is seamlessly bonded to the knife. The bolster provides the right balance and also acts as a safe finger guard for increased operator safety. Dishwasher safe but recommended to wash by hand.
