Zwilling Four Star 8 Bread Knife is precision forged from a single piece of steel and has a seamless transition from the bolster to handle for comfortable handling. The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade stays sharp and has 57 Rockwell Hardness for excellent edge retention. Even better, it s serrated slices through thick-crusted or soft loaves.

The blade has a 15° angle per side. An ergonomic polypropylene handle is permanently bonded to the blade for a seamless construction. Knives are dishwasher safe and are recommended to hand wash only.
