Cut, chop and slice fruits and vegetables effortlessly using the Wusthof 3.5 Classic Paring Knife. It has a full tang that is triple-riveted to the polyoxymethylene (POM) handle for better control. The POM handle is highly durable, resisting both fading and discolouration.
Blade is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel. The precision edge technology allows this blade to be 20% sharper. Knife has a full bolster and finger guard for improved safety.
