Mercer s 10 Millennia Curved Bread Knife is constructed from one piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel that has a 15° angle, a razor-sharp edge and is simple to maintain. The wavy edge features teeth along the blade to effortlessly cut loaves of bread.
